Isabelle, Angel of the Winter Bell, is available in 8”, 10”, 12” and 14” tall. Each angel is individually handmade by me from wool and natural fibers using needle-felting techniques, with a slice wood base made to sit on of your mantel or shelf.
She wears a flowing winter-blue gown blended with soft natural brown fibers, with long curly wool hair, large white wings and a delicate sparkling winter headpiece. In one hand she carries a tiny white bird and in the other a little silver-colored bell.
I created Isabelle thinking about the quiet beauty of winter, when the woods become still and even the smallest sound seems magical.
Her little white bird is a little winter companion, resting safely in her hand while she carries her bell through the snowy season.
I love the combination of icy blue, snowy white and earthy brown in this angel. It gives her a peaceful woodland feeling while still making her very much a Christmas piece.
Every Isabelle is made slowly and individually by hand. Her wool curls, hair, bird and other small details may vary slightly, so each angel will have her own character.
