Merrycap comes in 5”, 6”, 8” and 10” tall. Each fairy is handmade by me from wool and natural fibers using needle-felting techniques.
She wears a deep winter-blue dress with snowy white details, a red-and-white spotted toadstool hat, soft white wings and a warm white scarf. Tiny dimensional mushrooms grow along her skirt, giving her a sweet woodland Christmas character.
She is designed as a Christmas tree topper with a hollow base, but can also stand on her own for a mantel, shelf or holiday display.
I created Mirelle for people who love the magical side of Christmas—woodland cottages, mushrooms, fairies and whimsical storybook decorations.
