Lottie comes in 5”, 6”, 8” and 10” tall. Each fairy is individually handmade by me from wool and natural fibers using needle-felting techniques.
She wears a soft snowy-white gown with a forest-green waist and deep green wings. Her long brown hair falls in soft curls and is finished with a sweet braided crown.
Lottie has a hollow base for use as a Christmas tree topper, but she can also stand on her own on a mantel, shelf or holiday display.
I created Lottie to have a quiet, gentle woodland feeling. I wanted to keep her simple so the beautiful braided hair, soft white wool and little green wings could be the focus. She reminds me of a tiny fairy you might find hidden among the evergreens on a snowy Christmas morning.
Each Lottie is handmade individually, so small variations are part of her charm.
