Elarose, the Pastel Christmas Angel, is handmade by me from wool and natural fibers using needle-felting techniques.
She is dressed in the softest Christmas colors—blush pink, mint, lavender and winter white—with long pale hair, large soft white wings and a beautiful pastel wreath decorated with tiny delicate details. Her gown is filled with soft specialty wool curls and fibers that give her a dreamy, almost snowy appearance.
I created Elarose because I wanted to make a Christmas angel that felt completely different from traditional red and green. I love the sweetness of old-fashioned Sugarplum Christmas—the soft candy colors, the feeling of Christmas dreams and that little bit of magic we remember from childhood.
She reminds me of a Christmas morning covered in snow, with pastel sweets, beautiful ribbons and everything feeling just a little enchanted.
Elarose can be displayed as a beautiful Christmas tree topper and is especially lovely on a Pinkmas, pastel, romantic or Sugarplum-inspired Christmas tree.
Because every angel is individually handmade by me, no two will ever be exactly alike. There may be small variations in her hair, wool curls, colors and tiny details. These little differences are part of what makes each Wonderfelt angel special.
